As a “living memorial” to Kennedy and inspired by the enduring ideals he championed – Courage, Freedom, Justice, Service, and Gratitude – the Center is re-envisioning itself as a place that explores, challenges, and reflects the contemporary spirit of America.”

Bronxville will celebrate the centennial birthday of its hometown president, John F. Kennedy, with the dedication of a bronze plaque on the lawn of Village Hall. This historic marker is the first official recognition that Bronxville was home to President Kennedy and his family from 1929 to 1941, and gives a brief history of JFK’s involvement in the life of the village during that 12-year residency. Crownlands, the Kennedys’ home, no longer exists.
